The Ohio Sauerkraut Festival, held in historic Waynesville in Warren County, Ohio attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors from the tri-state area each year. We are seeking sponsors that could benefit from the unique exposure our event can provide.
In exchange for your support, the OSF committee will use every opportunity to promote you and your products and services throughout the festival. In addition, you will be visible on all festival programs, rack cards, print ads, our website, and dozens or online community calendars. We also advertise through many regional television, radio, and newspaper press release and interviews conducted throughout the months leading up to the festival. We think you will agree that the name and product placements we can achieve on your behalf would be extremely valuable.

2026 CHRISTMAS IN THE VILLAGE Sponsorship
Dear Community Partner,
The Waynesville Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to become a proud sponsor of Waynesville’s Christmas in the Village - a cherished annual tradition that brings holiday magic to our town and connects businesses with thousands of visitors.
This year, we’re excited to offer sponsorship opportunities at three levels - $500, $300, and $150 - giving businesses of all sizes a chance to be recognized as key supporters of this beloved community event. Sponsorship provides a wonderful way to showcase your business while demonstrating your commitment to making Waynesville a vibrant and festive destination during the holiday season.
As a sponsor, your business will receive valuable exposure, including placement on Christmas in the Village rack cards (distributed from September through December), Village banners and window clings showing your support of the event. Deadline for placement pledge is August 30.
Your contribution directly enhances the experience for thousands of guests and residents, creating memories and traditions that keep our community thriving. We would love for you to join us in making this year’s Christmas in the Village the best one yet!
